This role strengthens HRBP capacity by ensuring consistent employee support and high-quality execution across teams.What You'll be Doing:Employee RelationsReview information in-take from the HRBP Agent (AI agent for performance management)Partner with leaders to ensure HRBP Agent guidance is followed, accurate, and following regional legal considerationsEscalate complex cases to the HRBPSupport follow-up actions, manager communication, and closure trackingMaintain confidentiality and ensure timely responsivenessHRBP Projects & Program ExecutionSupport performance management cycles, goal setting, and review coordinationAssist in compensation cycle preparation and data consolidationCoordinate engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plansContribute to global culture-building, and HR projects & programsManage internal team transfers from start to finish, including documentation and handoffsOnboarding and Offboarding Coordination (Non-ops)Support onboarding experience alongside TA & HR OpsCoordinate with hiring managers for role readiness, buddy assignment,



and team integrationConduct new hire check-ins and pulse-feedback collectionConduct exit interviews for roles as needed based on role level, impact to the org on the employee leaving, etc.Data, Reporting & InsightsTrack headcount, hiring, and attrition trends using the General Workforce Intelligence dashboard to align with location strategiesPrepare quarterly HR dashboards for business reviews, using data to highlight key patterns, tell compelling stories, and deliver actionable recommendations to HRBPsReview employee exit data to extract trends, deliver insights, and recommend strategies to improve retentionPartner with HR Ops to ensure HRIS accuracy for org charts, reporting lines, promotions, and department codes across assigned business unitsBusiness ExposureDevelop understanding of Business org structure, roles, leveling, and skill frameworksParticipate in workforce discussions and project meetings as requiredSupport HRBP with data, documentation, and insights related to teamsWhat We're Looking for:3 years of experience in HR coordination or people programsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and follow-throughHigh attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesInterest in developing HRBP skills and learning the engineering businessPreferably someone with experience of multiple geographiesUnderstanding how different areas of the business operate i.E. GTM / Engineering / Corporate etc.
