Responsibilities
- Conduct a wide range of substance evaluations to identify gaps in the product portfolio and initiate development projects to optimize the product range.
- Design and maintain an appropriate data management system for the technical group.
- Advise developers on suitable raw materials and products for respective projects; advise the Product Manager on product selection and maintenance of the corresponding product portfolio.
- Support the Technical and Sales Managers in responding to customer technical inquiries regarding the properties and application of the relevant substances and products.
- Evaluate incoming projects in terms of feasibility, considering the existing product portfolio, and initiate new developments related to project processing.
- Conduct tasting and evaluation of developed products.
- Generate the statistical information required for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, maintenance, continuous improvement, or TPM programs within the Food & Beverage industry.
- Experience leading TPM implementation and driving operational excellence initiatives.
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems SAP, or similar manufacturing software.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
