Position Overview A prestigious full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions Lawyer to join its Corporate and M&A; practice in Mexico City.
This opportunity is adecuado for a highly motivated attorney with solid transactional experience who is looking to work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions, advising national and international clients across a broad range of industries.
Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, private equity investments, and other strategic transactions.
Lead and coordinate legal due diligence processes, identifying legal risks and developing practical solutions.




Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including tax, finance, regulatory, and other practice areas.
Maintain direct communication with domestic and international clients, providing practical, business-oriented legal advice.
Law degree and admission to practice in Mexico.
~4 to 9 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in M&A;, Corporate, or Transactional Law at a recognized law firm.
~ Strong experience handling domestic and cross-border M&A; transactions.
~ Solid understanding of corporate governance, commercial law, and complex corporate structures.
~ Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
~ M. or postgraduate degree is considered an advantage.
