**ABOUT THIS ROLE**
This role will be responsible for (insert brief summary of responsibilities).
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Proficiency in Excel (including creating and managing macros is a strong plus, though not mandatory).
- Strong administrative experience with an analytical mindset.
- Ability to work proactively without supervision.
- Customer service skills to handle calls from agents and vendors, including managing disputes or resolving delivery delays.




- Problem-solving and working under pressure when dealing with upset clients.
- Open to feedback and willing to learn.
- Administrative experience preferred, but a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma (accounting is aplus or administration-related fields preferred).
- Finance proficiency in Power BI is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
