Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of packaging design.
- Experience with ISTA, ASTM standards and packaging validation processes
- Ability to work on cross-functional projects (quality, engineering, sourcing)
- Intermediate to advanced English for documentation and general communication
- Focus on continuous improvement, sustainability and packaging cost optimization.
- Creativity, technical analysis and solution oriented thinking
- Development and documentation of packaging specifications per project.
- Perform and follow up ISTA/ASTM validation tests
- Create and update BOMs and technical drawings in system.
- Participate in new product launches
