**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct **initial phone interviews** using a structured question set
- Assess language fluency, tone, and general fit for each campaign
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent in English**:
- Comfortable making 40+ calls per day
- Excellent phone communication and listening skills
- Familiar with recruitment tools like Indeed, Google Sheets, and Zoom
- Able to follow a proven filtering process but adapt based on role needs
- Must have reliable internet, headset, and quiet environment
- Prior experience in call center recruiting is a **strong plus**
