**YOUR ROLE***:
- Oversee local tax and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Mexican tax regulations (IVA, ISR, etc.) and internal accounting standards.
- Review and manage financial statements, reconciliations, and monthly closing processes.




- Lead tax-related projects and support continuous improvement initiatives across accounting and finance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, auditors, and tax authorities as needed.
- Act as a key contact for tax matters in Mexico and support the Head of Tax & Accounting in strategic initiatives.
**YOUR SKILLS***:
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- 5-7 years of experience in tax roles, ideally as a coordinator or supervisor with increasing responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican tax legislation and practical experience in tax planning, compliance, and audits.
- Solid background in accounting processes, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
- Proven ability to lead projects and work across teams — prior team management is not required but considered a plus.
