**Core Responsibilities**:
- Build and implement sophisticated predictive models (e.g., regressions, logistic models, random forest, XGBoost, neural networks, etc.) to solve strategic and operational challenges for data-intensive products that enable data-driven decisions.
- Implement systems to monitor and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate Business Intelligence that generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary product teams to understand their needs, define analytical requirements, and deliver insights that enable strategic decision-making.
- Lead initiatives to improve data analysis efficiently at Konfront, ensuring that our analytical processes are cutting-edge and effective.
