The position will be 40% remote work and 60% work in our office located in Polanco, Mexico City.
Must Have
- Completed bachelor's degree or higher
- Knowledge of supply chain and organizational flows
- 1-2 years of sales or after-sales service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills
**Responsibilities**:
- After-sales service.
- Create and maintain long-term trusted relationships with active Odoo users.
- Maintain the client portfolio through renewals and upsells.
- Analyze clients' business operations and provide solutions that allow them to use the full potential of the tool.
- Design and execute strategies for customer retention
