then drive adoption across teamsDevelop the Operations Coordinator into a multiplier who runs real workstreamsEvery team uses ClickUp the same wayThe Operations Coordinator owns real workstreams and improves follow-through across the org5+ years in operations, business ops, systems, or process work~ Proof on AI: walk us through 2 to 3 AI or automation systems you put into production, the adoption you drove across a team, and one that failed and why~ Fluent in ClickUp, plus Asana, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Make, or similar~ You've managed and grown junior operators~ Agency, consulting, or fast-paced service business background is a plus.
