In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders end-to-end and ensuring a seamless customer experience across the entire order lifecycle.This is a highly collaborative and operations-focused position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys solving complex customer and logistics challenges.

What You'll Do- Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness- Respond to customer inquiries related to pricing, availability, and order status- Proactively follow up on open orders and resolve issues such as delays or discrepancies- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution Centers, Engineering, and Sales to meet customer needs- Handle shipment tracking, logistics coordination,



and delivery-related concerns- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order updates- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency? What We're Looking For- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or aftermarket operations- Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or similar environments- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities- Fluent communication skills in Spanish and English- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills?
