SailPoint ISC EngineerContract | Immediate Start | Americas (Guadalajara, Mexico Preferred)We're supporting a integral enterprise seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineer to join their Identity & Access Management team on a long-term contractThis is a hands-on engineering role focused on the development, configuration, and enhancement of a modern cloud-based identity platform.
The successful consultant will work within a collaborative IAM team, delivering scalable identity solutions while supporting ongoing platform improvements and integrations.The contract runs through April ****, with a strong possibility of converting to a permanent position.
Candidates should therefore be open to future relocation to Guadalajara, Mexico, if required.Key Responsibili- tiesDesign, develop and configure solutions within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityN- ow).
Build and maintain identity lifecycle management processes, provisioning workflows and access governance capabilit- ies.Develop and support integrations between SailPoint ISC and enterprise applications, directories and identity provid- ers.Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring high availability and operational stabil- ity.Collaborate with security, infrastructure and application teams to deliver identity management soluti- ons.Participate in platform enhancements, testing,



deployments and continuous improvement initiati- ves.Provide occasional out-of-hours/weekend support when required for planned activities or critical issues.Required Skills & Exper- ience4+ years' experience working with SailPoint technolo- gies.Strong, hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/Identity- Now).
Proven experience developing and engineering solutions within SailPoint- ISC.Experience with identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests and govern- ance.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving sk- ills.Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications, directories and cloud serv- ices.Excellent communication skills and ability to work within global technical teams.Ess- entialDirect commercial experience with SailPoint ISC (Identit- yNow).
Strong engineering/development background within SailPoint ISC.De- sirableExperience working within large enterprise or regulated enviro- nments.Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) best pra- ctices.Experience supporting cloud identity platforms in production environments.
