CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE (English) – WORK FROM HOME, FULL-TIME Company : Location : Remote (work from home) Insurance Calls Experts is a integral contact center solution provider with over 15 years of experience serving the North American market.
We are looking for a Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls remotely.
Strong internet connectivity and experience with communication tools are required.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads and make live transfers Qualify prospects and resolve client queries Prepare customer spreadsheets and maintain online records must run Windows 11 or a recent macOS version Fiber optic internet connection Ability to work 8-9 hour shifts, 5 days a week, within EST hours (shifts between 9 AM – 9 PM EST) Excellent command of English Able to thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment Performance-based bonuses: up to USD $500 per month
