This role is responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, building a pipeline from scratch, opening strategic markets, and converting prospects into long-term customers.Key ResponsibilitiesIt is critical to have knowledge of automotive plastics processes and the commercial dynamics with OEMs / Tier 1 suppliersActively prospect new customers within the automotive plastics industryGenerate and close new business aligned with the company's capabilitiesDevelop and implement commercial strategies to drive growthBuild relationships with key decision-makers (procurement, operations,
