- **PRODUCTION MANAGER (With English Technical conversational)**_
Main activities:
- Plan, coordinate, direct and control production operations
- Receive, respond and implement the changes approved as result of the audits, carried out in the area
- Participate in the creation, coordination and maintenance of contingency plans allow maintaining continuity of the services offered by the organization
- Perform personnel administration functions, in accordance with HR policies and procedures
- Establish and analyce management indicators in the area and formulate strategies in accordance with the best practices in the industry
- Manage the necessary training for personnel in the area of responsability on new projects, programs or improvements have been made




- Monitor compliance with policies, procedures and internal controls (technical, operational and security) for the company's production activities
- Participate in the development of new projects
