In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to deliver a high-quality, efficient recruiting experience across a variety of business functions.
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, identify top talent in the local market, and help build high-performing teams while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

and competitive market trendsEnsure recruiting activity is accurately tracked within the applicant tracking system (ATS)Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsCollaborate with HR, Compensation, and business stakeholdersNegotiate compensation, manage offers, and complete all pre-offer processes including reference checksMaintain accurate documentation, pipelines, and reporting using applicant tracking and sourcing toolsDeliver clear, consistent communication and recruiting updates to stakeholdersWHAT YOU WILL NEED~5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in media, with demonstrated success hiring across Ad Sales, Brand/Creative, Marketing, Programming, Production, and Corporate functions.
~ Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate, agency, or in-house recruiting environment~ Hands-on experience with an ATS, Workday preferred, along with LinkedIn Recruiter or other applicant tracking and sourcing system~ Ability to work independently, manage multiple reqs, and thrive in a fast-moving environment~ Proven ability to recruit across multiple disciplines and levels simultaneously~ Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and attention to detail~ Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy in high-expectation environments~ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers~ Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment regulations applicable to hiring in Mexico~ Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
