- English - Fully fluentResponsibilities and more:RESPONSIBILITIES- Contact every new lead in under 5 minutes during working hours (speed to lead).
Time kills deals.
- Work seller and agent leads through our call scripts, in the order the system feeds them to you (text first, then dial).
- Dig for the seller's real motivation with sharp questions and active listening (mirror, use silence, write down every word).
- Push the live transfer on every qualified call: ping the closer channel in Slack the moment a call feels alive,



so someone is on deck before the seller ever waits.
- If the seller won't hold for a transfer, lock a callback for a specific time that same day.
- Set a minimum of 3 appointments per working day, making sure at least half of what you book actually holds (quality guardrail).
- Document every handoff in the CRM (Follow Up Boss): motivation, property condition, occupancy, and the seller's number in mind.
- Keep the CRM clean: correct stage, full notes, follow-up tasks set.
"Not interested" goes to cold follow-up, never dead.REQUIREMENTS- Fluent, confident English on the phone; charisma you can hear through a smile.
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls every single day without losing energy.
- Coachable: able to run a script word for word, sharp enough to know when to shut up and listen.
- Organized under pressure: Slack in one hand, CRM in the other, seller on the line.
- Hungry for the growth path (our best lead managers become closers, who earn commission on every closed deal).
