**Responsibilities**:
- Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders all findings
- Ensures analytics drive appropriate marketing investment decisions and marketing plan activities
- Analyzes performance of marketing programs and business initiatives

**Qualifications**:
- 6-10 years of experience
- Experience as an Operations Research Analyst, Analytics Manager, Strategic Business Analyst or related position performing quantitative analytics supporting financial services
**Education**:
- Bachelors/University degree, Master's degree preferred

Will provide direction, strategy and technical leadership to guide and focus teams to contribute on achieving business goals.

Will work directly with Finance, Commercial Strategy and other key partners from Citi, to build correct synergies across segments, liaisons with functional and business areas to ensure alignment of business strategy.
Will interact with all commercial structure in order to translate strategic business goals into individual objectives for all sales positions at all levels, which includes bankers, Citigold and CPC offices, regions, and divisions.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Develop and communicate the overall strategic framework
- Producing executive level discussion documents on behalf of the Business head for GCB executive management
- Conducting financial analysis to support decision making at senior levels, as well as to support external disclosures
- Developing and maintaining an intimate knowledge of Patrimonial financials
- Develop initiatives to drive and improve business performance
- Financial modelling, profitability analysis and preparation of business cases to ensure commercial viability and alignment of business strategy
- Work with Finance to lead the overall Plan and outlook/forecast process
- Work with all areas around Citibanamex locally and Regionally to ensure the objectives can be met
- Manage multiple work streams with varying timelines and complexity with authority and passion.
- Build and administrate business plans for every banker and branch, and assure its alignment with corporate goals and KPIs, in coordination with commercial strategy area and sales directors.
