Our client is a general company specialized in industrial machinery and laser cutting systems for the metalworking industry.
They are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide technical support, installation, and maintenance of advanced laser cutting equipment.
Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of laser cutting machines at customer facilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Diagnose electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues
Troubleshoot PLC and CNC systems
Provide technical support and follow-up with customers
Interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings
Support customers during equipment startup and service calls
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in:
Mechatronics Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
3–5+ years of experience in field service engineering




Experience with laser cutting machinery preferred
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Advanced English
Technical Knowledge
PLC and CNC systems
Automation
Electrical and mechanical systems
Laser electronics
Reading technical drawings and schematics
Additional Requirements
Valid driver's license
Passport and US Visa
Ability to travel within Mexico, USA and Canada
Availability to travel Monday to Friday
