Location : Angelopolis, Puebla (Hybrid) Type : Full-timeAbout the Role – The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in supporting both internal and external customers by ensuring timely responses, accurate order processing, and efficient coordination of commercial activities.
This position is critical in maintaining high service standards and contributing to customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Respond to general inquiries from internal and external customers in a timely and professionalPrepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and invoicing processesEnsure compliance with shipping timelines and coordinate order fulfillment activitiesMonitor, update,



and maintain reports to track operational performanceIdentify potential sales opportunities and support business growth initiativesMaintain accurate records within ERP/CRMSystems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processesRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or administrativeAdvanced English proficiency (B2/C1), both written and verbalAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience working with ERP and/or CRM systemsStrong customer service orientation and communication skillsExperience with Power BI.Preferred Skills:Experience working with SAP (highly desirable)Strong analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyProactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvementAbility to work both independently and in a team-oriented environmentAdaptability and strong problem-solving capabilities
