and equipment supports- Engineer building systems including trusses, bracing, connections, cold-formed framing, and fastening systems- Support estimating and budgeting with accurate structural input- Collaborate with drafting teams to develop BIM models in Tekla- Review material takeoffs and drawings for engineering accuracy- Maintain and improve internal design tools (Excel-based)- Respond to fabricator RFIs and review shop drawings- Conduct occasional site visits and specialized inspections- Lead and redline erection drawings for completeness- Coordinate with sales, designers, and contractors to ensure project success- Manage timelines and support personnel to meet engineering goalsWhat You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)- 2+ years of experience with ASCE 7 structural design standards- Proficiency in hot-rolled and cold-formed steel design (AISC, AISI)- Experience with structural modeling software (RISA or similar)- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)- Spanish proficiency is a plus- Based in Latin America is a plus- U.S. travel visa eligibility is required- Experience with AutoCAD is beneficial
