Job Location ALCE BLANCO PLANT Job Description • Title of the Position: Occupational Physician • Position Type: Managerial - Temporary • Location: Naucalpan, Alce Blanco Plant • Work Hours: Full-time with flexible working hours • Profile: Licensed Medical Surgeon with certification and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an Occupational Physician within manufacturing environments.Demonstrated expertise in occupational health management, risk assessment, and implementation of health and wellness programs.
• Accommodations: At P provide expert guidance and mentorship to employees and management on health-related matters.Coordinate and support vaccination campaigns, first aid training, and emergency medical response procedures, ensuring timely and effective action in urgent situations.Lead preventive health and well-being initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining rigorous standards of data privacy and clinical documentation.Job Qualifications • Hard Skills: Medical degree with valid professional certification.Proven experience in occupational health within manufacturing settings.Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.




• Soft Skills: Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.Effective communication skills with the ability to train and influence diverse audiences.High degree of professionalism and discretion in managing confidential information.
