Location: On-site.Address: Av.Gral.Ignacio Zaragoza ****, Nueva, ***** Mexicali, B.C.Role OverviewThe Supervisor oversees day-to-day management of a group of sales/appointment setters, ensuring overall campaign performance, client expectations, and operational excellence are achieved.ResponsibilitiesEvent & Group Sales: Selling party and corporate events, and group outings.Membership Sales: Promotion and closing of recurring membership packages.Drive overall campaign performance and deliveryAnalyze campaign metrics, trends, and forecastingDevelop and execute performance improvement strategiesConduct calibration sessions (QA, training, ops)Manage client communication and reporting (if applicable)Ensure compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and campaign goalsSupport hiring, onboarding, and training initiativesIdentify process improvements and operational efficienciesManage escalations and ensure issue resolutionRequired Skills & CompetenciesLeadership & StrategyStrong leadership across the teamStrong professionalism in client-facing environmentsOperations ManagementExperience managing KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboardsStrong planning, forecasting,
