Remote Painting Estimator / Takeoff SpecialistBlair Commercial Painting, LLCRemote Painting Estimator / Takeoff SpecialistLocation: RemoteSchedule: Full-time, 40 hours per weekBlair Commercial Painting, LLC is a well-known and award-winning commercial painting company serving southeastern Wisconsin.We are a proud member of the PCA and specialize in commercial interior and exterior painting.Our team takes pride in delivering an outstanding experience and high-quality results for our customers.We work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and value people who are honest, hardworking, follow through, and genuinely care about customers, coworkers, and trade partners.Blair Commercial Painting is looking for a Remote Painting Estimator / Takeoff Specialist to support our estimating and sales process.This role is built for someone with hands-on experience completing painting takeoffs, reading plans, organizing project details, and helping prepare accurate estimates for commercial painting opportunities.This is a remote role for someone who can work independently, communicate clearly in English, and consistently produce accurate, timely takeoff work.Experience with ZZ Takeoff software is required, and experience with HubSpot is a plus.ResponsibilitiesReview project plans, drawings, and specifications for commercial painting opportunitiesComplete accurate painting takeoffs using ZZ Takeoff softwareMeasure quantities for interior and exterior painting scopesIdentify project details, scope requirements, exclusions, and potential questionsOrganize takeoff information clearly for estimating and proposal preparationSupport the estimating and sales team with project documentation and pricing preparationCommunicate questions, gaps, or scope concerns clearly and promptlyMaintain organized records of takeoffs, plans, notes,



and project informationWork within company systems and processes to support a smooth estimating workflowCollaborate remotely with Blair Commercial Painting team members to help keep opportunities moving forwardQualificationsExperience completing painting takeoffs is requiredExperience using ZZ Takeoff software is requiredCommercial painting estimating or takeoff experience is strongly preferredStrong ability to read plans, drawings, and project documentsDetail-oriented and accurate with measurements, quantities, and scope notesAdvanced English communication skills are requiredAble to work remotely, stay organized, and manage time independentlyComfortable using online tools, shared files, and company softwareHubSpot CRM experience is a plusReliable, responsive, and able to follow through on assigned workPay & BenefitsFull-time, direct-hire position40 hours per weekPay: $8.00 to $9.50 per hour, depending on experience, with room for growthRemote work opportunityOpportunity to support an established, award-winning commercial painting companySteady estimating and takeoff work with clear expectationsRoom to grow with the company as the estimating process and market continue to expandWhy Join Blair Commercial Painting?
