- Performs moderately complex technical tasks which contribute to the planning and execution of engineering projects.
- Analyzes workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, or machine utilization.
- Confers with engineers on details and implications of test procedures and results.
- Problem solving to enable production flow- Support to production line- Follow up on process improvements- Provide engineering support for production operations, including process support, troubleshooting, machine setup, and root cause analysis within the machining business unit.
- Collect and analyze data to identify adverse trends and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Interpret engineering requirements to develop and maintain manufacturing processes for parts and tooling in compliance with drawing specifications.




- Assist in the creation and update of electronic work instructions for manufacturing use.
**:**Qualifications You Must Have**:- Bachelor's degree in electronic, mechatronic, or industrial engineering graduate or studies in related field.
- 1 year of experience- Knowledge Measuring Instruments.
- Applicants must have conversational English skills.
- Proactive and Sense of Urgency.
- Tooling design proficiency using SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and Specialized manufacturing equipment.
- Experience supporting production operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to analyze data and identify process improvement opportunities.
**Qualifications We Prefer**:- Experience in Corel Draw, CSI- Experience with selective and wave soldering machines**Onsite**: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite.This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
