comparing information to obtain financial indicators that serve as a basis for decision-making.Maintain and supervise monthly expense controls against budget with all departments.Analyze budget variances, identifying their causes to propose corrections, and ensure that they are implemented in a timely manner and within established guidelines.Supervise the preparation of the Monthly Fiscal Accounting Reconciliation for timely accounting records of tax provisions and the filing of the Bank's annual return.Supervise the preparation of monthly integrations and matching of financial figures with fiscal figures.Supervise the calculation, control, and updating of tax losses, CUFIN (Tax Accounting Unit), and CUCA (Tax Unit Accounting Unit).
