Security Solutions Implementation Manager- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES_- Contributing to technical projects.
- Partnering with internal and external providers.
- Reporting and addressing cybersecurity as a business enabler.
- Oversees information security technical tools and processes.
- Acts as the central communication point for security initiatives through the organization.
- Build and maintain security kpi/okr dashboards.
- Manage and coordination End-to-End Security Operations.
- Administration and execution of security projects- Operational security Decision Making AuthorityMAIN JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation and specific Training- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years related experience including at least 5 years of experience in project management and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience with cybersecurity projects.
- Professional cyber and/or project management certifications such as CISA, CITP, CISSP, CISM, PMP or equivalent are preferred.
- Strong self-management, prioritization, organization, presentation, and facilitation skills.Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, competing priorities,



and prepare detailed status reports for all work performed.
- This position requires proactive, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external parties, cross-functional business partners, team members, and leadership across the organization.
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of security and technology frameworks (i.e. NIST, COBIT 5).
