What You'll Do

• Support Workforce Analytics dashboards, reports, and automated data processes to ensure accurate and timely business insights.

• Execute data validations, reconciliations, and scheduled refreshes while monitoring data quality across HR systems.

• Collaborate with Information Systems to improve automation, reporting capabilities,



and system reliability.

• Troubleshoot reporting, access, and data issues while supporting HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders.

• Maintain reporting documentation, data governance standards, and workflow processes to ensure consistency and compliance.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and analytics capabilities.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with data, solving analytical challenges, and improving processes through technology and automation.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in Workforce Analytics, HR Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a similar analytical role.

• Strong experience with Power BI, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools.

• Experience working with HRIS platforms such as SAP, Workday, Ceridian, or similar systems is a plus.

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication, collaboration,



and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Conversational English (B2+) required.
