Position: FP&A; AnalystDepartment: Finance / Global FP&AEmployment; Type: Full-TimeLocation: Guadalajara, Jalisco (Hybrid work)This position requires onsite attendance three days per week at our office located in Providencia, Guadalajara, Jalisco.Position SummaryCoreX is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented FP&A; Analyst to join our growing Finance team within a multinational technology organization. This role supports financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis activities across global operations.The idóneo candidate combines strong analytical skills with curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. You will work closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that support strategic and operational decision-making in a fast-paced technology environment.What you get to do in this role:- Support monthly closing, forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes.- Analyze financial performance, operating expenses, SaaS/business KPIs, and variances versus forecast.- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for leadership teams.- Assist in revenue, headcount, and cost analysis across departments and regions.- Maintain and improve financial models and reporting tools.- Collaborate with teams such as Operations, HR, Sales, Product, and Accounting.- Support automation and process improvement initiatives within FP&A; reporting.- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reporting outputs.Required experience and qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics,
