Job Summary

We are seeking a Program Manager – Service Recovery to support aircraft Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations by ensuring the timely procurement, tracking, and delivery of aircraft parts and materials. This role is responsible for resolving material shortages, coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate SAP records, and minimizing aircraft turnaround time (TAT). The adecuado candidate will have experience in aviation supply chain, MRO operations, or aircraft materials management.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate procurement, movement, and tracking of aircraft parts to support MRO operations.

Manage material shortages by sourcing inventory from warehouses, line stations, OEMs, and approved suppliers.

Maintain accurate inventory, procurement, and material status information in SAP.

Monitor and expedite Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and Return to Service (RTA) activities to ensure timely material availability.

Perform inventory reconciliation, process material returns, and support Removal/Install transactions.





Review aircraft technical documentation (IPC, service bulletins, drawings, and 8130 tags) to identify alternate part solutions.

Collaborate with Service Recovery, Material Planning, distribution centers, suppliers, and maintenance teams to resolve material constraints.

Participate in daily production meetings and provide updates on material availability and shortage resolution.

Support process improvements, SOP documentation, training activities, and quality audits while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in aviation supply chain, MRO, aircraft materials management, or a related field.

Experience with SAP for inventory, procurement, or materials management.

Strong knowledge of aircraft parts procurement, inventory control, and material planning.

Familiarity with AOG processes, MRO operations, and aircraft maintenance environments.

Ability to interpret aircraft technical documentation, including IPC, service bulletins, engineering drawings, and 8130 tags.

Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
