Main Responsibilities

- Coordination and booking of national and local shipments.- Coordinate and document all import/export shipments.- Coordinate and book expedited shipments (air and ground).- Daily update of the transportation excess report.- Daily inventory of trucks in the yard, as well as management of drivers in the yard.- Compliance and follow-up of DHL and FedEx shipments (domestic and international).- Process claims and keep the plant updated on the results.- Critical reporting to the Laredo team and the plant in Monterrey.- Receive and process transportation invoices.- Responsible for meeting specific customer requirements related to logistics.

Profile Requirements

- Previous experience in similar roles is highly preferred.- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering or related.- Fluent in English- Advanced MS Excel skills.
