We’re Hiring: HR Business Partner / HR ManagerWe are currently looking for an HR Business Partner / HR Manager to join a leading manufacturing company with strong growth and an international footprint.Location: Tlanepantla, Mexico City (plant environment)Reporting to: Regional HR LeadCompensation: MXN $50,000 – $65,000 gross per month , plus above-market benefitsThis role is idóneo for an HR professional who enjoys being close to operations and building strong relationships on the shop floor. The position will have a key role in supporting the site through both strategic and hands-on HR initiatives.Key responsibilities include:- Managing employee relations and labor law matters,
