We are seeking a Brand Specialist to support the development and execution of brand initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, enhance guest engagement, and ensure consistency across all marketing and operational touchpoints.

The Brand Specialist will be responsible for:

- Supporting the development and execution of brand and marketing initiatives across multiple brands and properties.- Creating and managing marketing, sales, and operational collateral in alignment with brand standards.- Writing, reviewing, and proofreading promotional content and communications.- Ensuring the consistent application of brand identity, messaging, and visual guidelines.- Coordinating photography and video productions, including vendor management and on-site execution.- Managing creative projects from briefing through delivery,



ensuring quality and timely completion.- Maintaining and updating digital asset libraries and marketing resources.- Conducting brand audits and identifying opportunities to improve brand consistency.- Preparing presentations, reports, and project updates for internal stakeholders.- Supporting the Brand Manager with strategic branding and special projects.

The idóneo candidate will have:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or a similar role.- Strong project management and organizational skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand excellence.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Advanced English, both written and spoken.- Hospitality, tourism, or travel industry experience is an asset.
