Join our Operations team as a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer and play a key role in driving efficiency, quality, and performance improvements across the organization.Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, leading, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational processes. Working closely with the Operational Excellence Director, you will support the execution of the Operational Excellence roadmap while promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.Key responsibilities include:Leading continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and TPM.Identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement through process analysis, operational data, and performance metrics.Developing and implementing solutions to improve productivity, quality, operational performance, and cost efficiency.Facilitating root cause analyses and driving sustainable corrective and preventive actions.Coaching and training teams and employees on continuous improvement methodologies and best practices.Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives.Monitoring project performance through KPIs and ensuring measurable and sustainable results.Preparing reports and presentations to communicate project progress, outcomes,



and recommendations to leadership teams.Supporting the identification and implementation of innovative solutions, new technologies, and industry best practices to enhance operational performance.What We're Looking ForBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Engineering, or a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies.Proven experience leading improvement projects and delivering measurable business results.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to influence change and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.Key CompetenciesAnalytical ThinkingProblem SolvingProject ManagementContinuous Improvement MindsetEffective CommunicationCollaboration & TeamworkInnovation & CreativityResults OrientationWhat We OfferThis is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organization and contribute to the delivery of impactful operational improvements.
