This role is idóneo for professionals with at least 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, or related operational functions.The Analyst will support procurement and logistics activities through data analysis, purchase order management, shipment tracking, supplier follow-up, and reporting. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient supply chain operations.Responsibilities- Support procurement processes, including sourcing activities, quote requests, and purchase order creation.- Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of products and services.- Analyze procurement and logistics data to identify trends, delays, and improvement opportunities.- Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams.- Maintain accurate records of purchasing and logistics transactions within ERP and company systems.- Assist in supplier performance monitoring and vendor communication.- Support inventory planning and replenishment activities.- Prepare reports and dashboards related to procurement, logistics, and supplier performance.- Collaborate with Operations, Finance,



and other departments to support business requirements.- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.- Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, inventory control, or related areas.- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms.- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Advanced English proficiencyPreferred Qualifications- Experience working with suppliers and purchase order management.- Exposure to logistics, shipment tracking, and inventory processes.- Knowledge of procurement and supply chain best practices.- Experience generating reports and analyzing operational data.- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) or procurement software.- Previous experience in a shared services, outsourcing, manufacturing, or distribution environment is a plus.Key Skills- Procurement Analysis- Purchase Order Management- Logistics Tracking- Supplier Management- Inventory Support- ERP Systems- Microsoft Excel- Data Analysis & Reporting- Supply Chain Operations- Bilingual Communication (English & Spanish)Experience Required: 1+ yearEmployment Type: Full-time, On-siteEnglish Level: Advanced / Professional Working Proficiency (Bilingual)
