Product Marketing CoordinatorThis role will be responsible for translating product and business strategies into effective regional GTM plans, marketing campaigns, product training programs, roadshows, exhibitions, and customer engagement initiatives. The Product Marketing Coordinator will work closely with Product, Channel, Training, and other cross-functional teams to strengthen product positioning, accelerate market adoption, and support business growth.Develop and execute regional Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to successfully launch and position products in the market.Work closely with Product, Sales, Channels, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and business growth.Plan and lead product launches, marketing campaigns, customer events, roadshows, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.Design and deliver product training programs for customers, channel partners, and installers.Create and manage product marketing materials, sales tools, presentations, and communication content.Oversee product communication across multiple customer channels, including digital platforms, mobile applications, physical stores,



and partner networks.Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives using KPIs such as customer engagement, lead generation, product adoption, and pipeline contribution.Lead cross-functional projects, coordinate internal teams and external partners, and ensure activities are delivered on time and within budget.Support and guide the product marketing team while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.At least 4 years of professional experience in marketing, product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related fields.At least 2 years of proven experience developing and executing product or solution GTM strategies, with measurable and demonstrable business or marketing results.Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility, with the ability to independently drive projects from planning through execution and evaluation.Advanced level of English.Performance Bonus~ Major medical Insurance~ Travel expenses (lodging, meals)
