Responsibilities- Process accounts payable with a high level of accuracy, detail, and consistency across repetitive workflows.- Order supplies and materials for the community, primarily supporting maintenance needs.- Prepare and submit capital expenditure requests to capital partners for approval.- Manage bill payment activities and ensure invoices are processed on time.- Reconcile invoices, payments, and related financial records to maintain accuracy.Requirements- 3+ years of accounts payable or high-volume invoice processing experience.- Hands‑on experience with reconciliations, bill payments, and invoice matching.- Experience managing purchasing requests and maintenance‑related ordering.- Comfort working with spreadsheets and accounting systems or ERP platforms.- Advanced English communication skills.- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
