What You'll Do • Monitor and manage collaboration and VoIP support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed. • Provide first-level technical support for voice and collaboration platforms while coordinating with internal teams and vendors. • Support Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletes (MACD) activities for branch locations and verify VoIP connectivity. • Assist with Microsoft Teams Rooms readiness, collaboration hardware requests, and procurement activities. • Generate call reports and help identify opportunities to improve collaboration services and user experience. • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable communication services across the organization. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges,



supporting collaboration technologies, and delivering an outstanding user experience. You'll be a great fit if you have: • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 1+ years of experience in IT support, preferably supporting voice or collaboration technologies. • Familiarity with VoIP systems, SIP protocols, and collaboration platforms. • Experience with Microsoft Teams Admin Center, Teams Rooms, or PowerShell is a plus. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Conversational English (B2+) required.
