About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Buyer and Logistics Analyst to join our operations support team. This role is idóneo for professionals with at least 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, or related operational functions.

The Analyst will support procurement and logistics activities through data analysis, purchase order management, shipment tracking, supplier follow-up, and reporting. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

- Support procurement processes, including sourcing activities, quote requests, and purchase order creation.
- Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Analyze procurement and logistics data to identify trends, delays, and improvement opportunities.
- Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of purchasing and logistics transactions within ERP and company systems.
- Assist in supplier performance monitoring and vendor communication.
- Support inventory planning and replenishment activities.
- Prepare reports and dashboards related to procurement, logistics, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other departments to support business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, inventory control, or related areas.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with suppliers and purchase order management.
- Exposure to logistics, shipment tracking, and inventory processes.
- Knowledge of procurement and supply chain best practices.
- Experience generating reports and analyzing operational data.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) or procurement software.
- Previous experience in a shared services, outsourcing, manufacturing, or distribution environment is a plus.
