About the Role

Are you passionate about retail technology, system implementations, and driving business transformation across multiple countries?

We are looking for a Senior Retail Technology & POS Specialist to lead the execution, maintenance, and evolution of our Point of Sale (POS) platform across Latin America. In this highly visible regional role, you will serve as the end-to-end owner of POS operations, supporting multiple markets including Mexico, Chile, Dominican Republic, Panama, Costa Rica, and Guatemala, while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver critical business initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Manage and support POS environments (Production, SIT, and UAT)
- Lead system upgrades, defect resolution, and release management
- Drive country deployments and regional rollouts
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality assurance, and go-live approvals
- Partner with IT, Finance,



Retail Operations, Legal, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
