We are seeking a Strategy Generalist to support and lead workstreams across a variety of strategic initiatives, including growth and market entry, operating model and organizational design, go-to-market, performance improvement, and digital/technology-enabled transformation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to diagnose challenges, develop data-driven recommendations, and deliver high-quality, executive-ready outputs.

Key responsibilities

- Structure and execute analyses to address client problems (market, competitor, customer, and financial analysis).
- Build business cases and financial models to evaluate strategic options and quantify impact.
- Develop clear, compelling storylines and client-ready materials (presentations, memos, dashboards).
- Lead and/or support workstreams, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies with a PMO mindset.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with client stakeholders.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations, KPIs, and implementation roadmaps.




- Support operating model design (processes, roles, governance) and change management activities.
- Partner with technology, data, and functional teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
- Contribute to proposals, pursuits, and thought leadership; help shape points of view by industry.
- Uphold quality standards, data integrity, and confidentiality across all deliverables.

Minimum qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in strategy, corporate strategy, business analysis, or transformation roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to break down ambiguous problems.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; comfort working with quantitative and qualitative data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft clear narratives for executive audiences.
- Conversational English (able to participate effectively in meetings and present findings).
- Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Preferred qualifications (nice to have)

- Prior experience in management consulting or at a strategy-focused firm/practice.
- Master’s degree (MBA or relevant field).
- Industry exposure in one or more of: Financial Services, Technology/Media/Telecom, Consumer, Energy, Health.
- Experience with operating model design, cost optimization, or large-scale transformation programs.
- Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx).
