This role requires a strong leader with extensive project management expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a deep technical background.Location: This position is temporarily remote within the Guadalajara, Jalisco area; however, a return-to-office model will be implemented soon.Candidates residing outside Guadalajara must be available and willing to relocate immediately.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage large, complex software development projects from initiation through delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure project success.Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and resource coordination.Act as a proactive problem solver,
