Responsibilities

- Provide financial support to Plant Management.
- Oversee and provide manufacturing cost accounting for the plant.
- Manage and control budgets for assets and operating expenses, while supporting productivity goals and daily financial reporting.
- Collaborate and work closely with all functional areas across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Analyze production costs and cost performance.
- Coordinate and execute monthly financial and operational closings, ensuring compliance with corporate directives.
- Plan, coordinate, present, and execute the monthly forecast process.
- Plan, coordinate, present, and execute the annual budget, including calculating labor rates by cost center.
- Coordinate and execute tax audits and fiscal compliance reviews.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- ERP/SAP knowledge and experience.
- More than 10 years of experience in finance.
- Proven leadership experience.
- More than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Availability to travel.
- Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
