We move fast, test constantly, and prioritize revenue impact over surface-level activity.The RoleWe're looking for a strategic, highly organized, and relationship-driven Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Specialist to help grow one of TopFoxx's most important revenue channels.Success in this role isn't determined by how many influencers you recruit, it's measured by your ability to build strong relationships, activate creators, generate consistent content, and drive profitable revenue.While experience in influencer or affiliate marketing is valuable, we're equally interested in candidates with exceptional communication, persuasion, and marketing skills who are eager to learn. If you're naturally proactive, enjoy building relationships, think strategically, and know how to motivate people, we want to hear from you.This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes ownership, builds themselves to be the expert in their field and enjoys improving systems while delivering measurable business results.Core Responsibilities1) Affiliate Recruitment & Relationship ManagementBuild and scale a large affiliate creator network across TikTok, Instagram, LTK, and other relevant platforms.Recruit, onboard, and develop creators with the goal of building a network of 5,000+ affiliates.Build meaningful relationships with creators through personalized outreach and ongoing communication.Develop long-term partnerships that encourage consistent posting and repeat collaboration.Keep creators engaged by providing timely support, product recommendations, campaign updates, and performance feedback.Re-engage inactive affiliates and maintain a healthy, active creator pipeline.2) Affiliate Growth & PerformanceBuild and grow a high-performing affiliate network focused on consistent revenue generation rather than vanity metrics.Monitor affiliate activity, posting frequency,



conversions, and overall performance.Identify top-performing creators and develop strategies to scale their success.Analyze underperforming partnerships and make recommendations to improve results or discontinue collaborations.Continuously optimize commission structures, gifting strategies, incentives, and creator engagement to maximize ROI.3) Campaign & Program ManagementCoordinate gifting campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and creator initiatives.Support TikTok Live scheduling and collaboration opportunities with affiliates.Ensure creators receive accurate information, products, tracking, and campaign materials.Maintain organized workflows and ensure campaigns are executed on time.4) Data, Reporting & OptimizationMaintain accurate CRM records, affiliate databases, and outreach tracking.Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, GMV, conversion rate, posting activity, ROI, and affiliate retention.Prepare clear reports identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Use data to recommend new strategies, improve efficiency, and support profitable program growth.5) Systems & Continuous ImprovementDevelop SOPs, templates, and scalable processes that improve efficiency.Stay informed on creator trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing opportunities.Test new outreach strategies, partnership ideas, and growth initiatives.Support additional marketing and growth projects as business needs evolve.Requirements & ExperienceRequiredExcellent written and spoken English.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.Strategic marketing mindset with a focus on measurable business results.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.Ability to manage multiple projects and conversations simultaneously.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Comfortable learning new platforms, tools, and systems quickly.Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.PreferredExperience in Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Partnership Marketing, or related marketing roles.Experience working with creators, influencers,
