Ready to take ownership of your caseload? Join us as a Litigation Paralegal!We're looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support US law firms handling personal injury litigation. If you know your way around discovery and thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment, this role is for you.What You'll Be Doing:Draft and respond to written discovery — Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, and Requests for Production.Manage e-filing across various court portals and stay ahead of every deadline.Coordinate with vendors and multiple parties to notice and schedule depositions.Assist attorneys with trial binders, exhibit and witness lists, and mediation briefs.Maintain clean, well-organized case files and keep everything current in the case management system.Track court dates, filing deadlines, and calendars across an active litigation caseload.Communicate with clients and provide clear, consistent case updates.What We're Looking For:Mandatory: Experience working in a U.S.



law firm or U.S.-based legal company.A proven track record handling discovery — drafting and responding, not just reviewing.Proficiency in case management softwareHands-on experience with e-filing portals is preferred.Experience coordinating depositions with vendors and multiple parties.Primary focus on auto accident litigation; premises liability and dog bite experience is a significant advantage .Fluent English (C1 level or higher in English).Strong legal writing, organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.Availability to work during US business hours.Why You'll Love Working with Us:Earn 10 to 17 USD/hr (based on experience and skills) for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
