We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to be based in Mexico on an 18-month contract starting from October 2026.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale SAP implementation programme on-site in Mexico. This is an 18-month, full-time opportunity starting in October . The successful candidate will be fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) and have proven experience delivering complex SAP projects—preferably SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end‐to‐end delivery of the SAP implementation programme, ensuring milestones, scope and quality are met.
- Establish and maintain robust governance, planning and reporting frameworks across the programme.
- Define and drive project controls, risk and issue management processes; escalate where appropriate.
- Manage multidisciplinary internal teams and coordinate third‐party vendors and integrators.
- Engage senior stakeholders and business sponsors; build trusted relationships and align expectations.
- Oversee resource planning, budget tracking and delivery forecasts.
- Ensure timely decision-making and remove delivery blockers in a fast-paced environment.




- Facilitate key programme ceremonies (steering committees, readiness reviews, change control).

Mandatory Requirements

- Fluent Spanish (written and spoken).
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- PMP/PRINCE2 and SAP S/4HANA certification.
- Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager delivering large-scale programmes.
- Mandatory SAP implementation experience; experience on SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred.
- Strong governance, planning, risk management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and third‐party vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects in fast‐paced environments.
- Availability to work on-site in Mexico; start date: October.

Desirable

- Experience with integral rollouts or multi-country SAP deployments.
- PMO/tools experience (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SAP Activate, or equivalent).
- Professional project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).
