We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Costing Specialist to lead and support product costing processes within a integral manufacturing organization.

Goal: This position plays a critical role in standard cost management, inventory valuation, profitability analysis, and the integrity of financial data across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead standard cost calculation, validation, and release activities within ERP.
- Execute and review product cost rollups for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.
- Analyze cost structure components, including materials, labor, overhead, and production-related expenses.
- Drive cost variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial accuracy and operational performance.
- Ensure the integrity of inventory valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Engineering, and Finance stakeholders throughout costing cycles and planning activities.
- Support profitability analysis and financial reporting processes.
- Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end costing activities.




- Support audits and compliance requirements related to costing and inventory processes.
- Leverage SAP costing functionalities and reporting tools to improve transparency and decision making.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- 8 years of experience in product costing, inventory accounting, plant controlling, manufacturing finance, or cost management.
- Strong experience with ERP Product Costing, Material Ledger, Inventory Valuation, and Manufacturing Finance processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and business analytics tools.
- Experience working in multinational or complex manufacturing environments.
