B2B Inside Sales Representative (Fiber Internet)About the OpportunityVentes Mexico has partnered with a leading U.S.-based telecommunications company to hire experienced sales professionals who are passionate about building relationships and closing deals.In this role, you'll engage with existing business customers to introduce fiber-optic internet solutions, identify new opportunities, and manage the entire sales process from prospecting through closing.If you're a driven sales professional who enjoys outbound sales and wants unlimited earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoProspect and engage business customers through outbound calls.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.Identify customer needs and recommend fiber-optic internet solutions.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline.Consistently achieve sales goals and activity metrics.Make approximately 100–150 outbound calls per day .What We're Looking For3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound sales.Proven success managing the full sales cycle.Experience making international outbound calls.Experience using CRM platforms to manage opportunities.Telecommunications, broadband, ISP, or technology sales experience is a strong plus.Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary.Uncapped commission structure.On-target commissions of up to $2,500 USD per month.Remote work.Work with a well-established U.S. telecommunications company.Opportunity for long-term growth and career development.Job DetailsEmployment Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PSTWork Arrangement: RemoteContract Type: Independent Contractor
