This is not a VA or entry-level role — we're hiring a professional with real experience and expertise in managing short-term rentals.What You'll Do:Serve as the main point of contact for property owners & enterprise partnersHandle escalated guest issues with confidence and professionalismConduct client strategy calls and performance reviewsCommunicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operationsCollaborate on strategy, quality control, and guest experience improvementsEngage knowledgeably in conversations around revenue performance (you won't manage pricing,
