Main Responsibilities

- Coordination and booking of national and local shipments.
- Coordinate and document all import/export shipments.
- Coordinate and book expedited shipments (air and ground).
- Daily update of the transportation excess report.
- Daily inventory of trucks in the yard, as well as management of drivers in the yard.
- Compliance and follow-up of DHL and FedEx shipments (domestic and international).
- Process claims and keep the plant updated on the results.
- Critical reporting to the Laredo team and the plant in Monterrey.
- Receive and process transportation invoices.
- Responsible for meeting specific customer requirements related to logistics.

Profile Requirements

- Previous experience in similar roles is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
- Fluent in English
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
